Perch Place Consulting and Genesis Group of the Mohawk Valley hosted the second Mini-Regional Education Summit at Hart’s Hill Inn on October 27, 2025. It was attended by six local college presidents, three BOCES District Superintendents, and nineteen school district superintendents. Ray Durso, CEO/President of the Genesis Group and Robin Robinson Owner/President of Perch Place Consulting invited the group to come together again with Dr. Patricia Kilburn, OHM BOCES District Superintendent, and Dr. Randall VanWagoner, MVCC President leading the agenda. Several key issues affecting education today were discussed:

- Workforce Challenges and Shortages.
- AI and the Future of Work
