R4K Program and the Utica City School District welcome Andrea Sandock, our new Early Education Coach in the Utica City School District. She recently retired from her reading interventionist position for grades K to 2 from New Hartford Central School District. She also spent many years teaching kindergarten and a bit of first and second grade. Since her retirement she has been co-facilitating the Targeted Assistance Program in the Utica City School District for grades K to 2 and she is looking forward to extending her experience to the Community-Based Organizations that house the 19 PreK classrooms in UCSD!
